baby MBK making weird noises?

Hey everyone I received a baby MBK about a month ago. Whenever I'm handling her she makes this weird sounds? Can't really describe the sound, it's kinda like a hiccup i guess? what does this mean?

Not sure- although I do know some snake owners say their snakes make a clicking sound. Not noticed it with any of mine.
Does he do it every time he's out or just occassionally?
