hi,
just ordered a 24" vivexotic viv of ebay for my graybanded king.
i want to add a light and wanted to know what size of light bulb do i need, not for heating just to view my snake.

forgot to add. i want to use a ceramic heater aswell, what size would i need for a 2foot viv.

you wont need any special lighting for them... I just use a normal energy saving 11w bulb with mine on a timer... where did you order the viv from?

I agree about using an energy saving bulb for the light. As for heating a 60w ceramic will be fine.

i would... they still get quite hot

I would put a guard on just to be on the safe side

what about this lighting for viewing its LED strips with a dimmer switch come in different colors
