hi,

this is for you people with a lot of snakes. do you keep then in rub,s or stack systems or do you have loads of vivariums? i have got plenty more snakes that i would like later on but not sure i would have enough room for loads of vivariums.

thanks

Hi Mark,

Personally, I keep mine in TUBS. I'm not sure if your aware, But I keep purely Milksnakes, So I do not have a variety of sizes of tubs. I am in the process of making a Rack for my Tubs. I have two different sizes of tubs, Ones from Hatchlings to Yearling and my adult tubs. However, Having a wide variety of snakes, I.e. Cornsnakes to Boa's, I don't think it would be worthwhile setting up a rack. Housing in Rubs saves me alot of money, not just from buying vivariums, upkeep cost. I have atleast two tubs to one heatmat currently. But I'll be switching to heat cable when i finish the rack, which is going to bring costs down a hell of alot.

Kind Regards,
Scott

I personally like to keep mine in vivs, but if you want a large collection then space would be a major issue so RUBs would probably be better. I think a lot of it will come down to how much you want to be able to see your snakes without getting them out as vivs are a lot easier to see in to
