As per the topic really, what's the best size for an adult mexican black? |

I prefer to keep all of my snakes in vivs where possible. I only use RUBs as temporary accomodation unitl they are large enough to move. I always go by the rule of the length of the snake should never be more than the length + width of the viv. So the maximum for a 3x2 viv is a 5' snake and obviously a 4x2 for anything up to 6'. I don't know what size RUBs are in inches so couldn't say which one to choose but the same rules should apply. |

forgot to add that mine is only in there temory until i get the viv finished,like mb said vivs are better for kings as they can be quite active. |

Thanks guys. Mine is still small at the moment so RUBs will be ok but I need to think long term as well as to how it will fit in space wise with my other snakes. |
