is my snke aking snake. th shop i bougt it from said it was a corn. if it is a king wich morph is it?

hi and welcome,yep thats a king,not sure on the morph though.thats a good pet shop you go to. |

Looks like a king to me as well. Unfortunately I don't know what species it is either. |

Definitely not a corn- which shop said it was? That's some serious mis-labeling
...but if you got it at a corn snake price then you've also got a serious bargain too |

Hi Liam - I saw your post on the corn snake, yes some serious mislabelling going on there. Great looking King though, Kings are more fun to keep I think, but I bias as we have the feisty Nagini to keep us entertained.
Looks a little like an Eastern King Snake - any other opinions anyone? |

Yes, I've handled a Desert King at Shropshire Exotics and this is almost identical. Just don't be nervous, as long as you're confident handling and don't jerk your hand away should be fine |

I agree with Dracyia and Crimson King, this snake is certainly Lampropeltis getula splendida, Desert Kingsnake. I love these snakes, nice purchase. |
