Hi all. My grey banded (Ton(i)y) was thought female, went to a friend for breeding but turned out to be male. He's been kept semi chilled on heatmat, only for about a fortnight, 3 weeks tops, was quite cold but still fairly active when we collected. I'm treating him according to care sheet and warming him up slowly. Is this right? he's curled up under bark on the heat mat, not fed him either and not sure when to do so. |

get him back up to normal temperature over a few weeks then begin feeding again. ideally weigh him before the first feed so you've got a baseline to monitor from. |

I agree- Nagini was bought up over 2-3 weeks with the temps coming up about 2 to 3 degrees every 1-2 days.
Only started feeding again when the temps were fully back up to normal. She seems to be doing well anyway. |
