Hey all, I'd like you to meet my new little buddy Kage!
I had planned to get a corn snake, to the point where I actually ordered a crimson corn off the guy in the shop, and when I came in to pick it up, he said that the breeder that he works with had sent him the wrong order. The moment I saw 'the wrong order' however, I fell for her and couldn't leave the shop without her. 
Original name was to be 'Whiskey', but she was too dark and moody for that, so I chose the japanese word for 'shadow', and 'Kage' ('Kah-gae') she is.
Isn't she purdy? I actually have no idea what morph of king snake she is, having done months of research on corns! |

| Just set her free in her big vivarium this evening, up til this point she's been in a little lunchbox but I finally got a bulb guard so she should be safe. Loads of bits and bobs, hides and foliage for her to play about in, she seemed pleased with her new home! I'll leave her be for the next couple of days to settle in. |
