How often to snakes poop and for some reason do they prefer to poop in the water dish?
Also, do snakes avoid pooping in their hides or places they burrow? |

Mine very rarely poo in their water so can't really comment on why. As for how often, quite regularly really, approx once a week. Unlike my boas that go once a month and leave quite a large 'present' when they do |

If it was a different species of snake I would say that pooing in the water might be a sign of something, but I think kings are just daft when finding a poo place is concerned. Anywhere is a good, including in the main source of their life force. |

Morse poops in his water bowl a lot >.> I don't know why, but it is sort of convenient since I replace the water every day anyway... |
