Hey there,

Just got myself a fantastic baby California King Snake. Black and white striped I think. I'll be sure to post some pictures up soon!

New to keeping snakes, so i hope i can learn a lot from joining this forum! Have got 3 Leopard Geckos and a Bearded Dragon at the moment.

I am thinking of getting a Royal Python soon if I enjoy keeping a Kingsnake.

=D

pretty much anyone's welcome at all. the lady that organizes it is Pauline and she posts on 'the dark side' i tend to advertise it on TCS and we regularly get random non-snakey people wandering in for a nosey too.
sunday night is live music night so you have been warned!
t_king Posted - 08/11/2008 : 07:53:08
Awesome. Sounds good! Can anyone come along from within the forum? :p
Kazerella Posted - 07/11/2008 : 18:58:50
It's just a rep night really

We just meet up in a pub in York, play with each other's reps, drink mucky beer, give Gp or BE some abuse, listen to some fantastic bands (GP loves the music )

Hi there T King! Welcome to the forum! Popping should really be done with an experience person to put you in the right direction and tell you if you are doing anything wrong - It can do serious damage if not done correctly.

I'm sure you'll have loads more questions when you get your king. Make sure you stick up some pics when you do!
t_king Posted - 06/11/2008 : 22:12:55
Ok thanks
Gingerpony Posted - 06/11/2008 : 20:21:35
heya and welcome if you're getting it direct from the breeder they'll probably be able to pop it if you ask. popping is the safest method for young snakes then probing is more suitable when they've grown on a bit.

Ok then. Thanks for the help!
