 i just want to thank everyone for all your advise about my sons escaped snake! we were all so worried as he is still only a baby and we used all the advise you gave except using the hamster as bait!!! the house was covered in traps(thanks for the step by step instructions on how to make these) and we kept hunting even had our neighbours checking their warm spots periodically but eventually he popped his head out from under the sofa this evening well spotted by my youngest son, we lifted the sofa and he fell out from inside on to the floor, very very cold but also quite lively considering jut how cold he was, popped back in his viv he lay warming up for about an hour then we all thought he looked hungry despiite his ordeal so we offered some food which he couldnt get into him quick enough! this makes us think he is somewhat hardier than we all expected! anyway thankyou all for all you advise and encouragement, it really is very comforting in a stressful situation. thanks xxx |
