Hi, Im new here and im just after some advice. Ive had a Florida King for about 18 months and he has nearly outgrown his current viv so im looking for a new set up for him. I have been looking at the viv-exotic vivs but really need some guidance on the size, heating etc. Any advice on other vivs would be great. I am after the best for my beloved little guy!
Currently I have an exo-terra 45x45x45 with a medium desert exo-terra heat mat, compact exo-terra canopy with 2x reptiglo 2.0 bulbs in it, small water bowl, exo-terra rock background, exo-terra digital temp and humidity gauges and small exo-terra hide. Which ill be selling, its all great stuff. How much do you think i should be asking for the lot? |

Depends really, how much are you wanting for it?
If it's all in good nick I would try for about £100 at least. |

How long is the snake? The rule of thumb is:
length of viv + width of viv = length of snake
So say the snake was 2'6", the most suitable viv would be a 2' viv.
I cant really help you with viv types because I have built mine. For heating, a heat mat that covers 1/3 of the viv floor that is ran through a thermostat will be fine. Its totaly your choice wether to add lighting because its not needed. |
