It's not a lot but it's something,thought i would try some of my corns fuzzy's,put 1 in and left it,5mins later i looked and just seen a tail dissapering into his mouth so quickly got another and he struck it as soon as i put it through the viv door,tried another and he took that too,but was not interested in a 4th.So 3x7g fuzzys=21g of mouse,how low will that last him and when should i feed next.think i will try hopper or weaned mice next. |

Well done, at least hes taken something. Try him again in a week or so with a slighly larger mouse as you said. |

Good to hear he's eaten something. I'd go with the above advice. Try him again in a week, you don't want to stress him by trying too often |

Well'it seems that he's got his appetite back,gave him 2 small mice this time and took them no problem,struck them with real attitude.What size prey should i be aiming to get him up to and how often? |

glad to her he is doing well... how big were the small mice in comparison to him? the should generally be around 1.5x the width of the head i think... |

Im just working him back up to bigger food,he probly take a large mouse,just not sure how many and how often.I did offer him a large mouse a few times but was never interested but took fuzzys last week and moved up to smalls today. |

If he took 2 smalls and you think he can take large then why not try him with a medium? |

Adults can go two weeks between feeds if the prey item is suitably sized and your not planning on breeding (if female ). |
