As I have 10 stats and mats in my snake rack the cabling was beginning to annoy me so I tidied it up abit. I rescued an old wall mounted cabinet that was heading for the skip and did the following:-

1.0 Milksnake
3.3 Kingsnakes
1.1 Royal Python
1.2 Cornsnakes

WOW, that's awesome! I love it. :) Looks like it really keeps everything neat and tidy and it's not half bad looking either. ;) Great job!

They are really useful boxes:-

You can buy them online but delivery is high or get them from staples, tesco, hobbycraft or even maplin.

Superb mate. Would you ever go over to Cable though and scrap all your hard work and go for a simple 1 cord 1 thermostat? Not meaning to 'urinate' on your parade!

I would definately consider it. Thing is I keep different species of snakes and keep them at slightly different temps so I couldn't do that with a single heat cable and stat but if I was building another rack just for one species I'd definately go for a heatcable.

Gonna be breeding the MBKs next year and then the greybands/hypo greybands in 2 to 3 years time so no doubt there will be keepers from those so I want to make sure I have a manageable number before I start breeding so won't be getting much else before then although my wife did say if another female MBK comes up I should get it!!!!!
