I rehomed a cali king a few weeks ago. (Cridhe in my photos) I was told he wasnt eating, prob due to breeding season...and yesterday after 11 weeks (!!!!) of not eating i persuaded him to take a chick. He refused mice and a teeny rat before that so tempting him with what looked like a colossal chick was just me seeing if it would work... and my goodness he showed up his kingyness and gave it a good choke hold before downing it :) so relieved that he's finally eaten after all this time.
at last!
