pam, from the day i first got my corn snake a couple of years ago i knew i'd be getting more snakes. just finally found my love - milks!! hondurans especially. i do have a thing for pueblans also, but they can wait :)
scott, he's neither! well, he hasn't musked or bitten me at all yet. hopefully he won't get into that habit at all :) i'm really happy with him. here's a few more pics i took using my dads camera yesterday. the little guy's now being left to settle for a few days before i attempt a feed.

Fantastic darren, best of neither worlds! If he hasn't done either yet, I'm pretty sure he won't at all. All the best mate.

I"v sometimes found that when you get a new snake they eat once or twice, then go straight into a shed cycle!!..My wee snow girl i got is doing the same, ate a few times, now refusing...but...i know she"s going to shed as i havent seen her in a thousand years!!! Hopefully this will be all it is with your wee guy as well!!?? |

hi guys :) the little bugger bit me a few times the other day lol. first time i've been bitten by a snake since i started keeping them in 2008!! i gotta be honest, i was quite shocked how much it stung for such a little thing. i even bled!
anyway, snake's doing well. ate 2 pinkies tonight. one small one and one medium sized one. i think i'm gonna have to get it onto some bigger pinkies now! |

Try a small fuzz darren, if he"s biting he could well be hungry..If he wont take the fuzz just give him a few more pinks and make it up that way!!!...Ohhh>>>i know the others will laff, but i have found wearing Marigold gloves helps with a snake that bites!! They hate the taste of them, and soon stop doing it if you pick them up with these on a few times>>I know..Im a whinp!!!!!! |

he doesnt seem too hungry though. i normally try feeding him once a week but he sometimes doesnt want it. then a day or two later he'll eat again. i'll try get some fuzzies but he just seemed like he was in a bad mood rather than hungry, didn't want to be held at all! :) |
