Does it matter if their rubs are close together right away? Can they smell each other and get stressed out? I imagine they are pretty close to other snakes at the breeders facility aren't they?

i would keep them in separate rooms for a couple of months for quarantine reason,nothing to do with smelling each other |

as Lee said, it helps to make sure that if your new snake has anything that can be transmitted to your original snake cant be, like mites for instance. |

If that place sends me a snake with mites, lol it's on! Actually the place I ordered from does really good business, Everything I've ordered has been high quality. I'll find someplace to put him until he's eating and handling well and has the 10 point checkup and oil change.
