hi all.
I decided to join this forum and do some in-depth research on kings snakes. I have been keeping boa constrictors and royal pythons for a good few years, and over looked Smaller snakes
I took care of my father in laws milk snakes for a year, and incubated their eggs successfully; this has given me an interest in milk & king snakes. Really like the look of black Mexicans and Cali kings, but not sure what I want yet.
So I am aiming to get some kings in November. Hope to get some opinions and advice here
Cheers

Welcome to the site mate. Kings and Milks are brilliant.....I have other snakes now, but the Kings and Milks will always special to me as they are what I caught the bug with. Anyway there's some cool members here with lots of knowledge, and plenty of useful info.
All the best,

Hi and welcome. I now have 6 kings and they all have plenty of character, just have a good look around and find one that you like the look of and you'll do fine
Have a look at this site for some more ideas

are most of the snakes listed available online or in the pet trade.
and is it possible to avoid WC animals?

| Much easier to get hold of CB than WC. As for availability some are easier to find than others |

Hi Lena, you are best to leave him alone for 2 days after feeding.
Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on getting your king and why not start your own introduction thread to give us all chance to say hello |
