Wow that Green Bottle is fantastic. Those colours are really great!
What sort of temperament do your spiders have? I've heard that the Red Knees are really quite mild mannered but had never even heard of the GBB until coming across your pics! How is it to keep?

As a little addendum, in my random reading I recently came across the idea of chronosthesia, the theory of being able to predict, almost to be able to see slightly into the future (http://www.baltlantis.com/chronesthesia.html - explains it a lot better than I can!). There is also a theory that predatory spiders have the ability to predict much better than most animals. So great is there preempting of a prey's movements that scientists seem to be really excited that they might have the ability to willingly bring about a state of chronosthesia.
Not much of a point to that little add on but it would be interesting to hear if anyone had heard likewise! |
