Posted - 23/01/2009 : 20:57:34 i imported this King from the US 2 years ago,it was apparently produced from a line of king collected from santa-rita MT. So it is a locality form of the arizona MT king.

Tis true. Hope you dont mind me giving another example.
Lampropeltis getulus californiae (cali king) Might have lots of different 'Morphs' ie Stripe, albino, banded etc but they are all Lampropeltis getulus californiae. Lampropeltis being the 'Genus' getulus being the 'Species' and californiae being the 'sub species'
So.... to give an example.... A Mexican black King is not a morph of cali king because they are actually a different sub species. Lampropeltis getulus californiae and Lampropeltis getulus nigrita Hope that made sense
