Posted - 03/06/2009 : 15:52:35 Went to get chalkie out and she was very grumpy and tail rattling and when i check under her hide there was 1 egg,so rang the shop i ot her from to see if she had beed in with any other and he said no but she could have retained sperm or it could just be a dud.i have set up a diy incubator.Will there definatly be more eggs or can they just lay the one.I noticed a small bump last night but cant see another bump,have put a damp hide in and shes in it. |

Posted - 22/07/2009 : 00:01:00 no i had it raised inside a polybox but bined the last 3 of the eggs today,they had completly shrivled up,had a look inside and was just full of a white paste. |

Posted - 21/07/2009 : 22:26:54 Just a thought Lee! Is your incubation box sitting directly on top of the heat mat?? If so, id make a little box out of chicken mesh to raise it off ever so slightly...Dont want your precious eggs to cook!! |
