I've never heard it mentioned anywhere before even in different kinds of snakes.
If i buy 2 mexican black king snakes from the same place and they are both the same age, chances are they are going to be from the same clutch right?
So if i was then to breed these two snakes together, would it be a bad thing? like would the hatchlings come out with and extra arm or somthing (lol)? Well not an arm but would their be problems with the eggs and such?

I agree, get unrelated if possible. Inbreeding is never a good thing.

Snakes don't seen to suffer from these problems much. Obviously if you can get an unrelated pair that would be preferable but its not vital
