Posted - 29/01/2011 : 20:09:03 can shed aid cause an allergic reaction to my snake its a 3 year old albino king and since shedding hes skin on the 23rd of this month hes developed a sort of red rash underneath hes scales and its discoloured them red and brownie, hes underbelly is perfect its just the top as in my last post and scale rot has been mentioned but hes problem doesnt look like any of the pics ive seen so i was wondering if it could be an allergic reaction ?? as he was sprayed with shed aid after. |

Posted - 01/02/2011 : 21:51:34 we took him to a vet and apparently when he last shed he shed extra layers of hes scales in the discoloured areas when i checked hes shed now i know what am seeing you can actually see the pattern of the effected scales on hes last shed so thankfully other then that hes 100% healthy thanx for tryna help appreciated =) |

Posted - 30/01/2011 : 23:45:52 can only just make it out,i wouldnt worry to much,will probably go with the next shedding,just move the water bowl to the warm end when its eyes have cleared |

Posted - 30/01/2011 : 22:16:27 theres one scale thats a prominant reddish brown colour but then its like a solid 3-4 inchs of red these pics are not very good but you can kinda see
