My albino cali lays a couple of clutches every year and never been mated.

Depends - they shouldn't really if not bred, but when mature they would all develop eggs during the breeding season, which are usually absorbed back in if not mated. Sometimes they don't absorb eggs and they come out as slugs, but it really depends on the individual snake and the conditions etc.

My corn has been laying slugs for the last two years now, so I always put her a nesting box in around the breeding season whether she's mated or not.

do all female kings do this?

my first thought was slugs too.........and would definitely take lee's advice of giving her a large, damp hide to encourage her to lay any remaining eggs

Have you got any pictures?

If your snake is female I would say they would be slugs (unfertilised eggs).
