Posted - 11/04/2009 : 15:36:43 I think about £100 for an adult is a fair price, that why's Meltos' mexis are a bargain really.
£70 - 80 for a hatchling, cheaper at a show or from classifieds.
As far as I know males can breed for life, a female should be about 3-4 years to breed, but then you'll have a good few years left in her. |

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 11:49:31 you cant keep any kings together as they will definatly kill each other,at 5 years they will breed for years to come,i dont know if they ever stop breeding and they can live upto 15-20 years,I think £130 is excessive and it pays to shop around the differant reptile forums classifieds and get a private deal, any more q's feel free to ask |

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 11:42:32 Im in the south wales area, im just looking for a general price range for the minute. If they are 5 years old how many years of breeding would they have left? & can they be house together if they are a breeding pair or do they only need to be together to mate? |

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 10:54:09 I see that meltos has a pair of 04 mexis for sale and the female might be carrying already £125 the pair, now that seems a better price and he will deliver. |

Posted - 11/04/2009 : 09:51:11 I just found a CB05 Male for £130, would i be able to breed from a 4 year old, if so how many years of breeding does he have left in him & would i need a female around the same age as him to breed with or can the female be younger? or does she have to be older than him?
Oh yeah and is that a good price? it dosn't seem to expensive to me if the babys are worth £70 each & hes got a good few years left of breeding? What do you all think? |
