I've ordered 2 CB08's, so i'll just have to wait awhile till i can breed them :) they were both under £70, somthing like £68 each but with delivery its come up to like £160 lol ah well, its worth it in my eyes :D Can't wait.

Thanks for all the help people.

having no look findind a pair of these snakes anywhere been searching google nearly non stop & anywhere i find has either sold them already or won't do delivery :'( If anyone has a pair of them that are over 2years old let me know cause i have a 11month old bearded dragon & and xbox 360 with 17games that i can swap for or just money as long as it isn't to expensive.

I think about £100 for an adult is a fair price, that why's Meltos' mexis are a bargain really.

£70 - 80 for a hatchling, cheaper at a show or from classifieds.

As far as I know males can breed for life, a female should be about 3-4 years to breed, but then you'll have a good few years left in her.

you cant keep any kings together as they will definatly kill each other,at 5 years they will breed for years to come,i dont know if they ever stop breeding and they can live upto 15-20 years,I think £130 is excessive and it pays to shop around the differant reptile forums classifieds and get a private deal, any more q's feel free to ask

Im in the south wales area, im just looking for a general price range for the minute. If they are 5 years old how many years of breeding would they have left? & can they be house together if they are a breeding pair or do they only need to be together to mate?
lee2308 Posted - 11/04/2009 : 10:59:55
where abouts are you?
lee2308 Posted - 11/04/2009 : 10:54:09
I see that meltos has a pair of 04 mexis for sale and the female might be carrying already £125 the pair, now that seems a better price and he will deliver.

I just found a CB05 Male for £130, would i be able to breed from a 4 year old, if so how many years of breeding does he have left in him & would i need a female around the same age as him to breed with or can the female be younger? or does she have to be older than him?

Oh yeah and is that a good price? it dosn't seem to expensive to me if the babys are worth £70 each & hes got a good few years left of breeding?
What do you all think?
Mark and Emma Posted - 11/04/2009 : 09:39:51
Thanks for your replys. No we havn't had any prices yet just the ones you guys have given, im thinking about opening my own reptile store & breeding them in the future and just woundering how much i could expect for the baby's and how much it would be to get 2 adults to breed from. I'll keep checking around a few places and let you know what prices i find... if i find any lol.
