Ive just had Snoop out and was holding him when he suddenly started to I think constrict is the wrong word but his grip was remarkable for such a little fella. So a question occured to me and I would love to know the answere. When he is fully grown, and considering he is all muscle, how strong is he in terms of power, obviously nothing like a retic, but in terms of if he was around someones neck say, would a person have to worry if he started to constrict. Im not for one minute going to stick him around my neck but its the only thing I could think of!!! |

I think Nagini has nearly killed me a few times whilst been around my neck.
She is strong, but since I can still shout 'lewy, get her off!' whilst she's constricting me she can't be that adam-ant to get me |

Yeah when they have just shed they look incredible, that shine is to much. Also the evil look they have is a winner, its what guided me to him in the first place. |

me too,my mrs says hes"just black" and she dont like him.you got to look beyond the black and see them for what they are and that is one great evil looking snake. |

Sound as mate, I had him out earlier as I said just to look at him and hes gleaming with his new skin. Its like when a bluebottle fly reflects different colours in the light, I love Mexi blacks fabulous looking snakes!!! |

I think if he tried really hard he might worry you for a few seconds but you would be more than strong enough to pull off a king snake. Don't worry about putting a king around your neck though, when they get larger its where snakes like to 'sit' as its easy for them to hold on |
