Hello all. This maybe a stupid question, but I've been thinking about it for a while.....since I got my Royal, which is my only confirmed female, though I think my MBK may be too.
Anyway do female snakes who aren't being bread still produce and lay eggs?
Stupid question, I know, but I'm curious.

My corn does it too- and yes they are slugs.
(although if she has been bred in the previous year she could've retained sperm)
I always put a nesting box in with Cyd during the breeding season anyway. Not worth risking an eggbound snake. |
