Posted - 08/01/2010 : 18:11:16 I don't think Nagini and Trilby will have babies after their brumation - they are both boys
Didn't brumate the ladies because thought it was more important to get their weights up.
Still not sure Hypanthia is up to breeding this year, but we'll see. |

Posted - 08/01/2010 : 15:08:32 Might start bringing the temps up again then. Just worried about the varied temps in our house too. In the evening it'll be warm, because we are in and have the heating on, but during the day the temps can drop because we only leave the thermo on 14 degrees. Would feel better if they were at a guaranteed single temperature.

Posted - 07/01/2010 : 22:55:07 I couldn't get Sylar and Jasmin's temps low enough in the house so moved them in to the garage. Then a couple few weeks ago we had a power cut in the middle of the night. If it wasn't for Alfie waking us up then I wouldn't have known and the pair of them could have frozen so I decided to bring them back in and ended their brumation. Both of them are back to normal. Jasmin is devouring 3 medium mice a week and Sylar is back to normal ignoring his food! |
