Decided to measure Vader for the 2nd time yesterday after having him nearly 2 months... turns out he's grown 2cm :D
I also took the chance to get some close ups while I had the camera out. This is the first time I've tried any close ups with an MBK, but to me he looked as though his eyes were clouding up and his colouring had a brownish undertone to it. For all you experienced MBK owners is this typical of one entering a shed (his last shed was about 6 weeks ago) or is it just caused by me using the flash!?!

MBK are actually brown, not black :P the flash is what is making him look so brown, you probably don't want to flash your snake that close incase it drops a bomb as the flash will scare it a bit ;)

I haven't noticed that colour on mine but MBKs are a nightmare to photograph at the best of times.
