John's in love!
His viv. I've added the red house and the fake plants. I intend to add more. When I put him back in his viv he went straight into the house. Am going to leave him for a few days now :)

Posted - 01/04/2011 : 22:42:59 Fab snake how do you keep the cat away from him? I'm assuming you have one what with the scratching post... My only worry when I get a milk is our barmy Bengal cat Alfie because he is mega-alert when it comes to other critters and managed to see off my gerbils, so we've def got to go for a sturdy small starter viv, not a plastic thing or a RUB. Little git, but we love him |

Posted - 01/03/2011 : 00:26:55 you are best getting a digital thermometer, that dial is pretty useless. you need to be able to tell the temps at the surface as thats where your snake will spend most if its time.
Also your snake can reach the bulb it really need to be guarded as a matter of urgency, you dont want snake to get seriously burned.

Posted - 28/02/2011 : 23:40:30 Yeah. We don't like it. We also don't like the heat lamp but not got the money to do anything about it yet. Once I have it'll be a total revamp of his viv. |
