Hi guys,
My cali king took his first fuzzy today, and was also the first time he has properly striked and coiled around prey 2, was awsome.
He did take about 25 min to swallow it though, prehaps this is because its his first one? or was the meal size a little to large?

Yeah they grow at a phenominal rate. Its taken me by surprise to be honest, I can clearly remember Snoop on pinkies and them taking a while to go down, the other night I fed him two large mice and the dissappeared in 5 minutes. Kings have incredible appetites, the only time hes refused food is when he's about to go blue and into his shed. Beautiful animals!!! |

nah its fine, if he managed to get it down then you are all good... he'll be growing very rapidly now that he is on more nutritious fuzzies... gz! |
