In a local rep shop they have hatchling california king snakes! They are mostly white with lil black bits on top! Wat colour will these become? |

Cali Kings are great. They can be a pain in the back like most snakes but they are really beautiful and will give you a laugh.
Definately try to convince her. |

she isnt scared of them, she just says that 2 corns is enough, but i have an empty rub that need a baby snake in it lol! |

she was quite annoyed but then realised that the snake (corn snake called Simi) was awesome... and calmed down a bit |

I agree- Lewy could tell you a good story about his mum and some giant african land snails
He just told her they were from the market and some French people were going to eat them, so he bought them because he felt sorry for them. She thought he was really sweet and sensitive, until 3 months later when they were the size of a small dog- then she knew they weren't eating snails. Busted!
Parents are notorious for being scared of snakes - when they were growing up it was normal to have a natural fear of snakes - you need to educate her  |

just get one anyway... once you have it there isnt much they can do (unless they really want to be harsh about it...) thats what i did when i was 11... |
