Posted - 21/01/2011 : 15:26:47 Hi folks,
I got my first kingsnake today. Gordon the high White Cali king. He is approx 2 years old and about 4 foot long. Very tame and a pleasure to handle.
I got him home and in his new viv and within 10 mins he had done a massive pooh. Different to my corbsnake pooh. It was very slimy, clearish liquid around outside.
Does this sound normal and any idea why he did I ao soon after coming home? He hasntfed for over 10 days according to repshop.
Thanks

I just found it strange that he would pooh so long after a feed. Wondered if it could be stress of moving etc.
Thanks

Posted - 21/01/2011 : 16:50:13 Hi Gaz. I'm new to King snake poop. Marv had his first one with me yesterday and he decided to slide through most of it to really spread it around. Ewwwwwwww! Hard to tell what it originaly looked like before he smeared it round his rub. Was pretty stinky though.
Marv did his poop 24 hours after his feed. Sorry I can't be any help but I'm new to Kings too. Someone else should reply soon. :)
