Posted - 09/06/2010 : 19:32:48 Everthing is ok with my young Florida King snake (Indiana), but whenever I take the lid off his little plastic tank, the 2 thermometer and 1 thermostat sensors move from their positions on the tanks base(they are fed through the lid).
I do not want to use tape to stick them to the base of the tank, but it is a pain having to get them back into a good position on the base each time I lift the lid off to get Indiana out.
Any ideas? |

Posted - 11/06/2010 : 21:45:22 I keep the thermostat probe on top of the heat mat and I use an analogue thermometer in fauns. I know people say that they aren't that great for accuracy but kings are pretty hardy species and they don't tend to be too far out so for a faun I think they are fine |
