Posted - 06/06/2010 : 08:58:25 hey all, i am a first time snake owner and have had my cali banded king for around 7 months now, she can't be more than 8 months old. I found this site a few months back and think its the best kingsnake forum there is!
I have been feeding Oreo two or three frozen pinkie mice all at once just once a week, but I was curious as to whether or not I should move up to bigger mice? She is around 20 inches long and about as fat around as a sharpie at her middle. She can handle two or three pinkie mice just fine, but is this the best way to feed her?

Posted - 07/06/2010 : 07:32:49 thanks guys, as soon as she finishes these last 8 or so pinkies i'll get a fuzzy to try. Fuzzies are the next size up from pinkies right? |
