I am new to the site.
I have just purchased a Florida King snake and I love him. He is already very active in the tank which I hope is a good sign that he is settling in.
1) He was fed 8 days a ago in the shop I bought him from. They have said I should not feed him until he has had a week to settle in? Is this ok as I am worried he will be hungry? Equally I do not want to feed him now if it will unsettle him.
2)When can I 1st handle him? and how long can you hold them for at anyone time?
3) When I spot clean the tank do I need to wipe the effected area with the special cleaning product or do I only use the cleaning product when I clean out the tank every 4 weeks?
Thanks |

Most people say 10 minutes at a time but i give mine a run around the living for 20 minutes once a week. 3, Just make sure the substrate is all clear, or if it's an object give it a quick clean |
