Also! my snake really doesnt like the head and neck part touched she gets very jumpy! is this normal in most snakes?
She is very jumpy in general but i think its cause she is new to me! she seems to be settleing down but really doesnt like the head/neck touched!

Not many snakes will let you go near their heads or the tip of their tail so this is normal. As you say, the snake is new to you so keep handling to short 5 minute sessions to begin with to avoid stressing it out.
