Hi,
I have a doubt:

I read that for some herpetologists, the leonis are a indipendent subspecies of mexicana. But not all are agree.

I did not understand if all grey thayeri are leonis phase or only a particular type of grey type.

Initially i had thinking that the leonis phase are only grey tayeri with small blotch, but on sierraherps.com all grey thayeri are called "leonis".

have you information about this?

tanks!
