Posted - 02/12/2009 : 20:53:01 To be honest I have no idea if it is a king. Could be some kind of hybrid? The 'dark side' is reptileforums.co.uk If you're a member on there then you'll be aware how sometimes asking an innocent question can lead to a flaming. If you're not a member on there then take a look as there are some very knowledgable and helpful people, just remember to ignore the others |

Hi Mark. It's scared, you are a big unknown. Unless it looks like it needs vet attention, leave it be for a week. Get something with your scent into his viv, and with daily water changes snakey will get used to your presence and scent and start to relax. Don't try to handle at all during that time. After that, offer food, and no handling for two days, as usual. Then start with short handling sessions.
You know what that was the advice I gave someone on YOU TUBE of all places, I was then completely insulted by someone who it didnt concern, which left me checking if I had loaded the darkside up and not realised, cos as we all know your not allowed an opinion on there, lol Welcome to the sight mate |
