hi i just recently got a king snake and i fed it and everytime ii go near it after i fead it, it trys to attack me |

It probably is a feeding response. How old/large is your snake and what are you feeding it? |

hi scott welcome to the forum, how soon are you trying to handle after feeding should leave it alone for 2 days.

they go into a feeding mode and will go for anything that moves,give it 10-20 min and it should calm down |

Hi and welcome,
I've only had my King for a week but i did read(and was also told) that after feeding they go into a sort of feeding frenzy and might attack as they are wanting more food, not sure if this is strictly true though. |
